Before Inviting Reviewers
Before inviting reviewers, it's important to ensure that all evaluation assignments have been completed and that your evaluation start date is set within 24 hours of when you'll send the invites—ideally at the same time—to avoid confusion from reviewers logging in and not seeing any assignments. Your reviewers will receive an email with a link to set their password and access the judging portal. Before sending invitations, be sure to review the contents of the Reviewer Invite Email template to ensure it includes all necessary information.
To invite a reviewer, follow these steps:
Click the "Data Management" icon (clipboard) on the left navigation bar.
Select "Users" and then the "Reviewers" tab.
Check the boxes next to the reviewers you want to invite.
Click the dropdown menu in the bottom left corner.
Choose "Invite" from the dropdown.
Click "Go" to send the invitation.

NOTE: If your reviewers already have an account from previous years or events, they don't necessarily need a new Invite email. They can just login using the regular login page at my.reviewr.com , and they will be able to access your Event's judging portal from there.
