With Campaigns in Aloha, you can automatically send forms to patients via text or email based on the appointment they booked.


✅ How to Set It Up in 5 Easy Steps

1. Create or Edit a Campaign

  • Go to: Campaigns > Show Campaigns

  • Click “Add Campaign” or choose an existing one to edit

  • Name your campaign (e.g., New Patient Campaign)

  • For Appointment Type, you can:

    • Select "Any new appointment", or

    • Search and choose a specific appointment type like New Patient Neuropathy

2. Add a Campaign Step

  • After saving, go to the Steps section

  • Click “Add Step”

  • Name the step (e.g., Send New Patient Form)

  • Choose the Action Type: Text or Email

  • Select a message template or write your own

3. Include the Form Link

4. Set the Timing

  • Choose when the step should send

    • Example: 1 minute after appointment is booked

5. Finalize the Campaign

  • Click “Add Campaign Step”

  • Then click “Save Campaign”
