The Practice Manager serves as the primary front-desk dashboard in Clerk. It provides a real-time view of daily operations, including appointments, expiring care plans, subscription renewals, patient alerts, assigned tasks, and tracked inventory. From this screen, staff can also add appointments and patients.

Daily Appointments View

  • Today's Snapshot shows appointment statuses for the day (not confirmed, confirmed, no show, completed, rescheduled, canceled).

  • Appointments move visually through columns as patients progress from upcoming, to checked in, to checkout.

  • Patients can be marked In Office to indicate they are present but not yet checked in; this status will suppress the Missed Appointment Reminder from going out if Review Wave is integrated.
