✅ Your Step-by-Step Learning Path

We’ve made it easy to find everything you need in one place. Here is how to access your training:

Step 1: Open Your Chat Bubble

When you first log in to your ALOHA profile, look for the Chat Bubble in the bottom corner of your screen.

  1. Click the Chat Bubble to open the menu.

  2. On the Home Page of the chat window, you will see your Getting Started Checklist.

  3. Right below the checklist, you will see the section for the ALOHA Academy.

Step 2: Complete Your Getting Started Checklist

This is your "Day 1" priority!

  1. Click the Checklist directly from the chat bubble Home Page.

  2. Complete all tasks before your official launch call to ensure your onboarding is focused on customizing the account to your practice.

  3. Pro Tip: You can also find your checklist at any time by clicking on the Tasks Tab.

Step 3: Jump Into the ALOHA Academy

Once your checklist is done, it's time to become an expert.

  1. Click the Academy link in the chat bubble (or go to academy.getaloha.com).

  2. Sign up with your name and email.

  3. Complete 12 modules to earn your Patient Engagement Certification and milestone badges!

⚠️ Important: Enter your full name exactly as you want it to appear on your final certificate!
