Stay connected to your practice no matter where you are! The ALOHA® Provider App turns your smartphone into a mobile office, allowing you to manage your schedule and chat with patients on the go.

✨ When You Need This Guide

This guide is perfect for when you want to take your practice’s power with you. Refer to this if you’re asking:

  • "How do I download the ALOHA app on my phone?"

  • "Can I text patients while I'm away from my desk?"

  • "How do I check my calendar for tomorrow while I'm out?"

  • "Can I see patient contact info to call them quickly?"

What This Covers (And What It Doesn't)

  • Covers: Downloading the app, logging in, viewing your calendar, messaging patients, and managing notifications.

  • Doesn't Cover: Patient-side app features (The Scheduling App) or advanced account billing settings.

You'll Need:

  • A smartphone (iOS or Android).

  • Your ALOHA login credentials (email and password).

  • An active internet connection or cellular data.

✅ Getting Set Up and Using the App

Follow these simple steps to get ALOHA in your pocket:

  1. Download the App: Open the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android). Search for "Review Wave" and look for the icon matching the one below. Tap Download or Install.

  2. Log In: Open the app and enter the email and password you use to log in to the desktop version of ALOHA.

  3. Manage Conversations: Head to the Convos tab to reply to patient texts. These messages will appear to the patient as coming from your office business number.

  4. Check Your Schedule: Tap the Calendar icon to see your appointments in real-time. You can even book new visits directly from the app.

  5. Make a Call: Open a patient's profile and tap the phone icon. Note: This will launch your phone's dialer. The call will be placed from your personal cell phone number, not the office line.

  6. Adjust Your Alerts: Tap the Gear icon (Settings) to customize your Push Notifications. This ensures you only get alerted when you want to be!
