Prerequisites/You'll Need

  • An active ALOHA account with the Voice or Mango plans.

  • Individual staff user accounts (for unique notifications).


โœ… Setting Up Your Missed Call Campaign

Follow these steps to customize the default campaign and start capturing every lead.

  1. Verify Your Connection: Ensure your ALOHA Voice or Mango VoIP integration (only need whichever applies to your account) is active in your settings.

  2. Find the Template: Navigate to Campaigns > Show Campaigns and look for the pre-built campaign titled ALOHA Voice - Missed Call Campaign. Click it to begin customizing.

  3. Alert Your Staff: Add or edit a Notification step to let your team know a call was missed.

    • For SMS Alerts: Enter the mobile numbers of the team members who should be alerted.

    • For Email Alerts: Enter the email addresses for the front desk or office manager.

  4. Craft Unique Patient Messages: Edit the SMS or Email steps for the caller. To make sure the right message goes to the right person, use the When section:

    • Set the Condition: In the "When" dropdown, select If New Contact/Patient for your introductory messages, or If Existing Contact/Patient for your returning patients.

    • Set the Timing: Choose how many minutes into the campaign (after the missed call) the message should send. We recommend 1-3 minutes.

  5. Enable Campaign: Review your steps and toggle on (blue checkmark) the campaign.

  6. Save Your Work: Click Save Campaign at the bottom of the page to lock in your changes and make the campaign live.
