✨ When You Need This Guide

Setting up CallPop with Mango Voice helps you instantly see patient information when they call. This guide is perfect if you're:

  • Getting started with CallPop for the first time

  • Connecting Mango Voice to your Aloha system

  • Want incoming calls to automatically show patient details

  • Setting up call management for your practice

You'll need: Your Mango Voice account login and Aloha system access (a non-admin Aloha user account login as well)

What This Covers: Complete CallPop setup from start to finish, including both Mango and Aloha configuration

What It Doesn't Cover: Advanced CallPop customization or billing setup (we have separate guides for those!)

βœ… Getting Your CallPop Connection Ready

Follow these steps to connect Mango Voice with your Aloha system. The whole process takes about 10-15 minutes.

Step 1: Access Your Mango Voice Integration Settings

  1. Log into your Mango Voice account Use your regular Mango credentials to sign in.

  2. Click "Integrations" in the side navigation menu You'll find this in the left-hand menu of your Mango dashboard.

  3. Find and click "Custom Web Hook" integration This opens the integration setup page where you'll enter your Aloha connection details.

πŸ’‘ Keep this Mango page open - you'll need to come back to it in a few steps!

Step 2: Get Your Connection Details from Aloha

  1. Log into your Aloha system (in a new browser tab)

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integration This is where Aloha stores all your third-party connection settings.

  3. Select "Mango Voice" from the "Other Integrations" section You'll see the connection details you need for the next steps.

Step 3: Connect the Two Systems

  1. Copy the "Callback URL" from Aloha Highlight and copy this entire URL

  2. Paste the Callback URL into the Callback URL field in Mango Switch back to your Mango tab and paste it exactly as copied.

  3. Copy the "Remote ID" from Aloha This is typically a shorter code or number.

  4. Paste the Remote ID into the Remote ID field in Mango Make sure both fields are filled correctly before moving on.

Step 4: Install the CallPop Application

  1. Download the CallPop App You'll find download links in the "Other Integrations" area of Aloha.

  2. Run the installer Follow the standard installation prompts for your computer.

  3. Log in with your Aloha credentials Once installed, the CallPop app will open automatically and show a login screen.

Common question: "Do I need to keep the CallPop app running all the time?" Yes! The app needs to stay open (it can run minimized) to show patient information when calls come in.

πŸŽ‰ You'll Know It Worked When:

  • The CallPop app shows "Connected" status

  • Incoming calls automatically display patient information

  • You can see caller details before answering

  • Patient records popup within 2-3 seconds of the call ringing

What to expect: After setup, every incoming call from a number in your patient database will show their information automatically.
