✅ How to Send a Manual Feedback Request
To send feedback to an individual patient:
Go to the Feedback tab > Request Feedback page
Enter the patient’s name and contact information
Click Send Request
That's it! The patient will get your feedback request via text or email based on your settings.

You might choose to send feedback requests manually when:

The patient already received an automated request but asked for another

If the patient already received a feedback request within the past 30 days (or your system's time limit):
