How to Send a Manual Request:
You can MANUALLY send out a Feedback Request by going to FEEDBACK tab > REQUEST FEEDBACK page.
Just enter the patient's information and click on Send Request!

Tips:
If you try to manually send a Feedback Request to someone who has received one in the past 30 days (or the designated time period on the Feedback Settings page), the patient/customer will NOT be eligible to receive the Feedback Request and you will receive the ERROR message below. By hitting "Ok" and re-submitting the request, you can bypass this warning and proceed with sending another Feedback Request within 30 days (or the designated time period).

There are a few reasons you may send out a MANUAL Feedback Request as opposed to an AUTOMATED Feedback Request:
You want to send Feedback Requests on a one-off basis (not automatically)
You want to target specific patients/customers
You had a patient/customer ask you to send another Feedback Request
You want to target a patient/customer who verbally expressed a phenomenal experience and isn't going to receive an automated Feedback Request (for instance, the patient may have already received one within 30 days)
