Some patients might not want a specific type of automated message sent to them, which is completely understandable. Some people are more organized than others and have their own calendars so they may not need Appointment Reminders, whereas others may like that friendly reminder. Whichever kind of patient you have, we can make it work.
To adjust a contact's communication preferences, simply go to the CONTACTS tab > SHOW CONTACTS page.
From there, you can use the search bar in the top-right corner to locate the patient you are looking to edit. Click on the patient's name and open the Contact's Settings page to update their communication preferences.
You can turn ON or OFF communication preferences for the following:
SMS/Texting
Email
Feedback Requests
Appointment Reminders
Birthday Messages
