It's possible for potential new patients to reach out to your office, and if that happens, Review Wave won't be able to apply a name to their Contact in Review Wave until it's either added manually or added via your Patient Management System.
This can make it a little tricky to find that specific person's conversation listed if you're used to searching by name. Thankfully, there are a couple of different ways you can search for messages on the Conversation Page. Let's dive into them.
Go to the CONTACTS tab > CONVERSATIONS page.
Near the top left corner of the page, you can sort the Users by clicking on the "people" icon.
You can also search conversations by clicking on the "funnel" icon to the left of the search bar:
