Easily view, track, and manage appointments scheduled through Online Scheduling or the Scheduling App

✨ When You Need This Guide

Use this guide to:

  • Track all appointments booked online or via the Scheduling App

  • Identify how and where each appointment was scheduled

Common questions this answers:

  • “How can I see who scheduled online?”

  • “Where can I see App and Online Scheduler bookings?”

  • “How can I see if a patient booked through our Facebook Ad?”


✅ View and Manage Online/App Bookings

  1. Go to the SCHEDULING tab in your Aloha dashboard

  2. Click on SCHEDULING HISTORY
    You’ll now see a complete list of all appointments booked via:

    • Online Scheduler

    • The Scheduling App

💡 This is your go-to dashboard for tracking new leads, ensuring appointments are syncing, and quickly managing scheduling gaps.


✂️ Free Up a Time Slot (If Needed)

  • Simply click the "X" button to the far right of the appointment

  • This will manually remove the booking and open up that time for another patient


📊 What Do the Columns Mean?

Here’s a quick breakdown of each column on the Scheduling History page:

Column

What It Shows

Contact

The name of the patient who scheduled the appointment

Phone

The phone number entered during scheduling

Appointment Type

The specific type of appointment booked

Provider

The provider the appointment was scheduled with

Origin

Where the booking happened (e.g., Online Scheduler, App, or inside Aloha)

Source

The exact source—like your website, landing page, or Facebook Ad

How?

How the patient heard about your practice (if entered)

Scheduled At

The date/time the patient made the booking

Appointment Date

The actual appointment date selected by the patient


🎉 You’ll Know It’s Working When:

  • You see new online bookings populate in the Scheduling History

  • Source/origin data gives you insight into marketing and booking trends
