✍️ Creating a Saved Message Step-by-Step

  1. Go to Contacts > Saved Messages
    This is where all your reusable messages live.

  2. Click the "Add" button in the top right corner
    This opens the message creation window.

  3. Give your message a name

    • In the Name field, type something easy to recognize (e.g., "Out of Office Reply" or "Review Request")

  4. Write your message in the Message field

    • Keep it simple and friendly

    • You can also add Replacement Strings (like patient names) to personalize it

    • Example: Hi ~Contact.FirstName~, thanks for reaching out! We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

  5. Click "Save" to store your message

    • Your message is now available anywhere you use Saved Messages in Aloha!

All saved messages (text or email) act as templates, which can be saved or duplicated for future use. We recommend creating Saved Templates for any Bulk Messages being sent to provide you easy reference to the sent message.
