Creating a Saved Message

Saved Messages are a great way to save yourself and the office time from having to type the same messages over and over again for frequent questions.

To get started, go to the CONTACTS tab > SAVED MESSAGES page

Click on the "Add" button in the TOP RIGHT.

Name your Saved Reply by typing it in the "Name" field.  Then type your Saved Message in the "Message" Field.  After you have named the Saved Reply and typed in the message, hit the "Save" button to make sure it saves.
