✍️ Creating a Saved Message Step-by-Step
Go to Contacts > Saved Messages
This is where all your reusable messages live.Click the "Add" button in the top right corner
This opens the message creation window.Give your message a name
Write your message in the Message field
Keep it simple and friendly
You can also add Replacement Strings (like patient names or phone numbers) to personalize it
Example: Hi ~Contact.FirstName~, thanks for reaching out! We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Click "Save" to store your message
Your message is now available anywhere you use Saved Messages in Aloha!
