In Aloha you can set EACH provider's schedule individually, to have specific Holiday/Vacation hours!
How to Adjust Each Provider
1. To adjust Holiday/Vacation hours for a specific provider you will head to the SCHEDULING tab > SETTINGS page.
2. From this page you will see a button labeled "Set User/Provider Schedules".
3. After clicking this you will see all the providers in your practice listed.
4. First verify that the provider is switched on for scheduling.
5. Then select the provider you'd like to add vacation/holiday hours for.
6. On this next page you will see a button labeled "Set Holiday/Vacation Hours", click this button and the next page will display the current week's schedule.
7. Use the arrows located at the top corners to navigate to whichever week you'd like to set holiday/vacation hours for.
The single arrows go one week at a time
The double arrows go one month at a time
8. After you've found the week you'd like to set, click in the blue box and drag either up or down to de-select the times that the provider is available (Blue Areas are OPEN times for the provider).
9. After you've set your holiday/vacation hours click "Save Schedule".
