✨ When You Need This Guide
Whether you're updating your patient communication strategy or just need to temporarily pause messaging, Aloha makes it easy to manage automated features such as; campaigns or feedback.
Use this guide if:
You want to turn off all campaigns or automations at once
You’re looking to disable a specific campaign or feature temporarily
You need to enable automation features like reminders or feedback
You want to know how to pause automation or schedule it to resume later
✅ How to Enable or Disable Automation Features
You can manage all automated features—Appointment Reminders, Campaigns, Feedback Requests, and Reactivation Messages—individually or all at once.
Click the gear icon
Located at the top right-hand corner of your account.Select “Automation”
This is where all automation settings are controlled.To disable all automation, toggle the main Automation switch OFF.
To manage individual features, toggle each feature ON or OFF:
Appointment Reminders
Campaigns
Feedback Requests
Reactivation Reminders
Want to pause a feature temporarily?
Click “Enable On” and select the future date you want the automation to resume.
📣 How to Enable or Disable Campaigns
Go to the Accounts tab > Automation page
Click to Enable Campaigns
To turn off or on individual campaigns:
Go to Campaigns > Show Campaigns
Use the toggle to manage each campaign:
Blue check mark = Campaign is ON
Gray X = Campaign is OFF
This lets you manage your outreach on a campaign-by-campaign basis without affecting other automations.
🎉 You’ll Know It Worked When:
The Automation page reflects the new status (On/Off or Scheduled)
Campaigns no longer send messages if toggled off
Your changes are visible in real-time under each section
