How to Send a Bulk Message

The Bulk Message feature in Review Wave allows you to send a single message to many patients at once. This is great for announcements like office closures, upcoming events, or general updates.


Steps to Send a Bulk Message

Follow these steps to send your message:

  1. Go to the Bulk Message Page: In Review Wave, navigate to the CONTACTS tab, then select the SEND BULK MESSAGE page.

  2. Choose Message Type: Decide if you want to send a Text/SMS, Email, or both.

  3. Select Your Audience: Use the filtering options to choose who receives your message.

    • To message your active patients: Use "Last Appointment" and set the date range for at least the last 3 months.

  4. Narrow your audience further if eneded with "Additional Criteria": You can filter by providers patients have seen or by appointment types they've attended within a specific time period.

  5. Create Your Message:

    • Type your message in the provided box.

    • Alternatively, choose a Saved Reply if you have pre-written messages.

  6. Preview and Send:

    • Click PREVIEW to see a list of all patients who will receive your message.

    • If everything looks good, click SEND NOW to send immediately, or SEND LATER to schedule it for a specific date and time.
