🖼️ How to Add or Delete an Image in Aloha

Want to send a picture to patients via text, email, or a campaign? You can upload, manage, and delete images right from your Aloha account.

📸 Uploading an Image

Follow these quick steps to upload an image:

  1. Go to Account > Images

  2. Click the + Add Image button in the top right corner
    ​

  3. Choose the image file you want to upload from your computer

✅ Supported File Types:

  • JPG

  • PNG

  • GIF (must be under 4MB)

💬 Where Can I Use the Image?

Once uploaded, you can:

  • Include it in Text Messages

  • Add it to Emails

  • Use it in Bulk Messages

  • Insert it into a Template for Campaigns

🗑️ Deleting an Image

To remove an image from your Aloha account:

  1. Go to Account (Gear Icon) > Images

  2. Find the image you want to delete

  3. Click the gray X to the far right

  4. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up
    ​


The image will then be permanently removed from your account.
