Gaging patient feedback not only helps implement improvements within your office but also, shows patients you are willing to take the time to communicate and understand where they are coming from.
Within Aloha, positive feedback is set based on your preferences! To adjust what is considered "positive" feedback, you can go to the FEEDBACK tab > FEEDBACK SETTINGS page. Under the "Feedback Theme" section you will see "Positive Feedback".
With the dropdown selection, you can configure the positive feedback to be 3+, 4+, or 5-star ratings.
