You can send a patient a video through Aloha by adding a link to the video within a text message! Most messaging apps will even give a thumbnail preview and allow the recipient to watch directly in their app.
Start by uploading your video to your preferred site and copy the link. Most of our clients use YouTube, Vimeo, and Facebook
Go to the CONTACTS tab > SHOW CONTACTS page within Aloha.
Click SEND SMS and this will redirect you to the CONVERSATIONS page.
From there, simply type out your message, include your copied video link, and click SEND NOW or SEND LATER.
