š How to Schedule an Appointment for a Dependent
Dependents canāt schedule their own appointmentsābut Responsible Parties can do it directly in the app.
Steps to Book for a Dependent:
Open The Scheduling App using the Responsible Partyās login
Tap āSchedule an Appointmentā
Select the Dependent you want to book for
Click āContinueā
Choose the Appointment Type and/or Provider, depending on how the schedule is set up

ā How to Add a Dependent in The Scheduling App
Responsible Parties can add dependents to their account, giving them full access to book on their behalf.
Steps to Add a Dependent:
Log into the app as the Responsible Party
Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the bottom-right
Tap āManage Dependentsā
Tap the ā+ā icon
Enter the dependentās first name, last name, and phone number (must match the info on file)
A verification token will be texted to the dependentās number
Enter the token to complete the link
Once added, the dependent will appear in the Responsible Partyās dependent list.

To remove a dependent from the app:
š How to Relink a Dependent (If They Get Unlinked)
If a dependent is no longer showing in the Responsible Partyās app, you can relink them through the Scheduling Portal.
Steps to Relink a Dependent:
Log into the Scheduling Portal:
In Review Wave, go to SCHEDULING > MOBILE APPS
Copy and paste the Scheduling Portal URL into a new browser tab
Log in as the primary patient (Responsible Party):
Once logged in:
ā The dependent will now be relinked and appear again in the app.

Always use full legal names and the correct phone number on file to avoid linking issues.
Only Responsible Parties can add/manage dependents.
Removing and re-adding can fix common sync issues.
