Ever wonder how patients can book their next visit or what all those little pictures mean in The Scheduling App? You're in the right place! The Scheduling App is a great way to give your patients the freedom to schedule and track any upcoming appointments, while also being able to communicate with the office directly with just a click of a button!

What Does The Scheduling App Do?

It's your patients' one-stop shop for scheduling and keeping track of their appointments! Think of it as their personal appointment assistant.

Getting Started is a Breeze:

  • Get the App: They can head to the Apple App Store (for iPhones) or Google Play Store (for Android phones) and search for "The Scheduling App." It's a free download! Below is the icon to look for:

  • Enter Your Clinic ID: When they open the app, it will ask for a Clinic ID. Your office's Clinic ID can be found by going to under Scheduling > Mobile Apps.

  • Sign Up: They should use the name and cell phone number we have on file for them. It's important they use their full name, not a nickname, so we can link their account correctly.

  • Start Scheduling! Once they're in, they can easily book new appointments and see all their upcoming visits.

Cool Things Patients Can Do with the App:

  • Add Family: They can manage and view appointments for their whole family from one account.

  • Message the Office: Have a quick question? They can send a message directly to our office through the app.

  • Sync Their Calendar: They can add their appointments to their favorite calendar (like Google Calendar or Apple Calendar) so they never forget a visit.

  • Manage their Communication Preferences: Patients can set their texting and Emails in The Scheduling App directly on their phones.


Don't Want the App? No Problem!

Patients can also schedule their appointments online by visiting the web version of The Scheduling App. The URL can also be found under Scheduling > Mobile Apps.


Common Questions Section

Q: What do the icons in the app mean?

  • Calendar Icon: This icon shows any appointments the patient and their linked family members have scheduled

  • Speech Bubble/Message Icon: This is for Messaging the Office.

  • Notebook Icon: This is for viewing CLA Insights.

  • Map Pin: Provides the Address and Contact information for your office.

  • Gear/Settings Icon: This is where patients can manage their dependents, reset their password, manage their communication preferences, and report any issues.

Q: I forgot my login information. What should I do?

A: If they can't log in, they should try using the "Forgot Password" option within the app.

Q: Can patients cancel appointments through the app?

A: Only if you have enabled this setting. Click Here for more details on this setting. They should look for their upcoming appointments and an option to "Cancel" or "Reschedule."

Q: Is my information safe in the app?

A: Yes, the app utilizes secure, HIPAA-compliant technology to protect personal and appointment information.
