Mission Control is a great way to keep your finger on the pulse on upcoming birthdays, scheduling leads, missed appointments, confirmed appointments and more!

To Do List: This will combine all the Mission Control alerts into one page

Form Submission: Any completed forms will display here and include the patient's name and contact information as well as the name of the completed form and their next appointment.

Answering Service: Any missed calls/voicemails using our AI After Hours Service will be displayed here.

Missed Appointments: View any appointments that have not been checked into your EHR yet. Under Mission Control>Settings you can also adjust how far back we will display. In the image below you will see it is set to 1 hour so we will only display missed appointments from the last hour.

*If you have the Missed Campaign enabled we will automatically alert the patient they have missed their appointment. If you do not have the campaign enabled you can click on the message icon to individually send the patient an alert.

Birthdays: View any upcoming birthdays along with the date of any appointment scheduled for them around that date.

*If you have the Birthday Campaign enabled we will automatically wish the patient a happy birthday. Even with the campaign enabled this helps alert you as the patient may be in the office and then you can wish them a happy birthday in person as well!

If you do not have the campaign enabled you can click on the message icon to individually send the patient a message.

Unconfirmed: View any patient who hasn't confirmed their appointment yet.

You can also view:

Scheduling Leads: Leads from your Online Scheduling who enter their information, but don't schedule a date/time. The Tried Scheduling Column lets you know when the patient first attempted to schedule. The Next Appointment column, will let you know if they now have an appointment scheduled.

Missing Details: If we are missing an email or phone number we will alert you so you can update your EHR. We will not be able to communicate to a patient if we do not have at least an email or phone number on file.

Care Plans: If you created a Care Plan inside Aloha you can track any missed appointments from that plan here

Settings: You can add or remove selected categories here. You can also adjust your default reply, notification interval, and other category-specific preferences here.
