If you would like to create and deliver different messages based on Provider or Appointment Type. Great, we've got your back!

First, we need to create the different messages you want to send.

Go to the Gear Icon> SHOW TEMPLATES page and click into the "Reactivation Reminder" template.

This will be your first template. Edit this template however you'd like!

Once you're done editing, you're going to want to click on the COPY button underneath the message box to create a duplicate.

The duplicate template will be for your second Reactivation Reminder (you can repeat this process to create unlimited templates). Edit the copied message to create a personalized message to be delivered to a specific Appointment Type or Provider.

Once all your Templates have been created, go to Gear Icon> SHOW TEMPLATES page and scroll down until you see the Reactivation Reminders section.

You will set the parameters for the first message to be delivered. You will need to select your desired parameters, such as: how long the patients who will receive this message have been inactive, how often you would like to repeat this message, which provider(s) you would like this message to be limited to OR which appointment type(s) you would like the message to apply.

In the shot below, the parameters established enable the automation to send only to patients who have been inactive for 1 month. This message will repeat EVERY 2 months.

To make a second Reactivation Reminder, click the Blue ADD REACTIVATION REMINDER button.

Repeat the process, adjusting the settings accordingly for the second Reactivation Reminder. You will want to make sure you select the CORRECT template that you created earlier. In this case below, we selected the Reactivation Reminder Copy.

In the shot below, the parameters established enable the automation to send only to patients who have been inactive for 4 months. This message will repeat EVERY 3 months.

When you are done, be sure to click SAVE REMINDERS!
