How to Turn On Texting Referral Requests
Go to the Feedback tab > Feedback Settings page.
Here you will click on the first dropdown under the link(s) and select Referral > Add Element.
Drag the Referrals row wherever you want it in your rotation (most commonly after the Google Feedback Request)
Click Save Sharing Links
How to Edit the Texting Referral Request Template
To customize the message that automatically goes out to your patients and/or upload your custom coupon image (recommended), simply go to the Feedback tab > Show Templates page > And then scroll near the bottom of the page to click on the Edit button next to "Texting Referral Request".

You can edit the default coupon image and text by going to FEEDBACK> REFERRAL SETTINGS. This will allow you to make changes to the coupon that the patient will receive and be able to forward to their friends and family.

If you would like to add a Scheduler to the coupon, next to Embed Code: select the scheduler you would like to use from the dropdown menu. Once all your changes are complete, click Save Settings.
