Creating New Marketing Schedulers

Do you use Google or Facebook Ads or have a marketing team that uses other targeted funnels? Do you want to track your spending? Using different schedulers can be a great resource in tracking the amount of patients each type of marketing effort is attracting.

To Create a New Scheduler

  1. Go to Scheduling > Set Up Instructions



  1. Next to Embed Name: enter the name you’d like to give the scheduler (this will be the name you will find under source in the SCHEDULING HISTORY PAGE)

  2. Select Form from the dropdown next to JavaScript Embed Type:

  3. Next to Form Section: select Appointment Type and enter the Appointment Type(s) you would like used in this scheduler

  4. Click Generate Code

NOTE: This scheduler will need to be placed on a HIDDEN LANDING PAGE if it is only to be used by specific people (i.e your marketing team or patients who book via a specific ad). This will ensure we can differentiate between organic leads who find your website vs marketing leads.
