How To Enable Web Chat For Patients & Leads

A great way to communicate with your website leads or answer any existing patient questions is through the Aloha chat widget!

To get this implemented:

  1. Go to Contacts>Chat Settings

  2. Choose an auto-response for Existing Patients or New Patients (If phone number is not in Review Wave they will be considered a New Patient/Lead)

  3. Choose your Chat box position, image and color

  4. Click GENERATE CODE

  5. Add the embed code to your website

For Current Contact Reply, we suggest using an auto-response that includes steps to using The Scheduling App. This way if they are looking to book an appointment, they can be directed straight to the app.

For New Contact Reply, we suggest using an auto-response that includes steps to booking a New Patient appointment from your website.
