How to Add the Online Scheduler to Your Website

Adding an Online Scheduler to your website can be done in a matter of minutes! All you need is the Online Scheduler Embed Code that can be found in Aloha directly.

How to Find the Embed Code:

  1. Go to SCHEDULING > SET UP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Select a scheduler from the dropdown next to Saved Embed Code: and click Copy

  1. You will use the code to add the scheduler to your website or you can send it to your webteam.

    1. If you want to send the embed code directly to your web team from Review Wave, enter their e-mail address next to the Email Embed Code: box and click Send Email.

  1. Once the code has been added to your site, you can add the scheduling link to any campaigns (i.e the Reactivation Campaign) or text messages!

Tips for Higher Conversion:

  1. Add a "Schedule An Appointment" or button at the top of the navigation menu

  2. If you already have a button, ensure the wording is changed to “Schedule An Appointment”

  3. Have the “Schedule An Appointment" button redirect to a blank landing page where you or your web team will add your Online Scheduler embed code.
