Once you’ve archived a Conversation, there are a couple of ways to find them:1. Go to CONTACTS > CONVERSATIONS > Use the Search Bar on the top left to search for the patient's name or phone number. - Once you click on the patient’s conversation again, it should bring them back to the list of active conversations.
2. Go to CONTACTS > CONVERSATIONS > Click the Calendar Icon and select the date the patient last messaged you. - This option should bring up every conversation that occurred within your selected time frame.
3. Go to CONTACTS > SHOW CONTACTS > Click the Message Icon to the far right of the patient - This option should take you directly to that patient's conversation, whether it was archived or not.
