We have our first patient of the day, let's grab our coffee and get them checked in!
First, head to the Practice Manager found on the top left of the screen:
Find the patient under the Today's Appointments column and select from the options tab (3 dashed lines) to the right of their name (check photo below for reference).
There are 6 actions you can select from the drop down options:
Summary: Click this to view key details of the appointment such as Appointment Type, Length, Confirmation Status, etc. From here, you can also edit the appointment by selecting "Edit Appointment."
Outcome: Where the Provider will enter the S.O.A.P. notes, Diagnosis, Charges, Treatment plan, and relevant Files for this specific appointment.
Add Note: Add an Appointment Note that can be viewed directly on the Appointment Tile as an Icon and for the Provider on the Outcome screen while the patient is in treatment.
Checkout: View the appointment charge and collect payment, see any Plan Notes entered by the Provider, as well as upcoming appointments.
Patient in office: Update the Appointment Status of a patient to "Arrived."
Check in: Assign any relevant Room or Resource and finish Check In.
Cancel Appointment
To check a patient in, you can either select Check In or click and drag the Appointment Tile over from Today's Appointments to Checked In!
