Need to download your patient’s SOAP Notes? We got you!
To download SOAP Notes, head over to Patients > Patient Profile > Chart Notes. There are three ways to download SOAP Notes: by Date Range, by Day, or by Note Type! The screenshot below shows where to download SOAP Notes each way:

✨Note:✨ Appointments with a Cancelled or No Show status should not show as having notes available to download.
