Patient PINs, Code, Checking in, Check-In, Using the Kiosk

The Kiosk is your Front Desk's best friend. Patient's can check themselves in without you having to lift a finger, so let's show you how to get it set up! 😎

✨Note:✨ You will want to make sure you set-up the Kiosk first, CLICK HERE for help with that!

Head to the patient's Patient Profile > Details tab > Contact Preferences:

Depending on what you have selected in your Advanced Settings, you can either pop any 4-digit code or use their phone number and hit SAVE and patient's are all set to start using the Kiosk!

✨ PSST!✨ You may CLICK HERE to learn more about your Advanced Settings!

Once they enter in their PIN, they will either get checked in with the appointment they were scheduled with, or Clerk will create an appointment for them with the designated Appointment Type used for Walk Ins.

✨ Helpful Tip:✨ If using a 4-digit PIN, the last 4 digits of the patient's cell phone or social security number is typically a unique, easy PIN for them to remember!
