Use this if you're asking:

  • “How can I stop a contact from texting?”

  • “Need to block a phone number on Aloha?”

  • “Can I stop getting messages from a specific number?”

If you're receiving unwanted messages, spam, or need to restrict communication from a specific contact, Aloha gives you a simple way to block phone numbers directly from the contact's profile.

✅ How to Block a Contact or Number

Here’s how to stop incoming messages from a specific phone number or contact:

  1. Go to Your Contacts
Navigate to Contacts > Show Contacts in your Aloha dashboard.

  2. Search for the Contact or Number
Use the search bar to enter either the patient's name or phone number.

  3. Open Their Profile
Click on the matching result to open the contact’s profile.

  4. Block Incoming Messages

    • Click on the Settings tab within their profile.

    • Find the “Block Incoming Messages” toggle.

    • Switch it ON to block messages from this number.

    • You’ll see the toggle turn blue when active.

That’s it! The blocked contact will no longer be able to send messages through Aloha.
