Tired of unwanted messages coming into your inbox? Now you have the ability to block a number within Aloha! Follow these steps to block incoming messages from a contact:
Go to Contacts > Show contacts
Type in the name of the patient or the phone number you are looking to block
Click on the contact that pulls up from your search
Once in their profile click on settings, and click the toggle for block incoming messages
