How do I give an editor authorization to edit a calendar?

In Old calendar where you can see the Config button:

  1. From any calendar, press the config button

  2. Press edit for the calendar of your choice.

  3. Highlight an editor's name; to select multiple editors, press and hold the ctrl key in your keyboard and select the names of all editors you wish to add to that particular calendar, the selected users will be highlighted in the box.

  4. Press save.

For the new calendar user where you can see the "Edit Calendar" button:

# Login to the site and go to the calendar page

1. When you have multiple calendars and need to give access to any user/s, please click on "Edit Calendars" button

2. Click on the Green edit button in which calendar you want to give access

3. Please hold the CTRL button in your keyboard and select user/s either as administrator or editor or both. Once you done, click on Save. Please remember, if you don't hold CTRL button, existing selected users will be deselected and lost their access to that calendar
