1. Please click on Ctrl+Shift+Delete key in your computer keyboard
2. If it is IE browser, please make sure to uncheck the box on the top that says "Preserve Favorites Website Data"
​3. Check "Temporary Internet Files" if it is IE or "Cached Images/Files" if is Chrome.
4, Then click on the Delete button if it is IE or "Clear Browsing Data" button if it is Chrome.
