1. Access to the calendar list

Click on "Edit Calendar" button

2. If the "Edit Calendar" button not available

For the old calendar, click on "Config" button instead of "Edit Calendar"

If the "Edit Calendar" button not available

3. Add a new calendar

Click on "ADD NEW CALENDAR" located on top-right corner of List calendar window

4. Set up the new calendar

  • Sequence number will appear by default in the first field, you can change the order if you want.

  • Give a name to the calendar in second field.

  • Clicking on third field will allow you to choose the calendar color.

  • Fourth field will allow to assign administrator or editor for this specific calendar. If you want to assign multiple administrator or editors, please hold the CTRL key in your keyboard and select multiples.

  • Save your work, the new calendar will be there.
