Revlitix allows you to control how often data is pulled from your connected platforms. Setting a data refresh interval ensures your reports and dashboards always reflect the most recent insights.
You can set intervals for both Ad Platforms and CRM Platforms. Here's how:
Option 1: Set Data Refresh Intervals for Ad Platforms
This applies to platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Company Page, and YouTube Social.
Step 1: Go to the Integrations Module
Log in to Revlitix and click on the Integrations module from the left menu.
Step 2: Choose a Connected Ad Integration
Under Connected Integrations, select the ad platform you want to configure.
Step 3: Open the Data Refresh Interval Setting
On the integration details page, locate the Data Refresh Interval field.
Step 4: Select Your Interval
Choose from the available options:
1, 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours.
Once selected, Revlitix will refresh data from that platform based on the interval you’ve set.
Option 2: Set Data Refresh Intervals for CRM Platforms
This applies to integrations like Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, etc.
Step 1: Go to the Integrations Module
From the dashboard, click on the Integrations section.
Step 2: Choose a Connected CRM Integration
Select the CRM platform from your list of connected integrations.
Step 3: Open the Data Refresh Interval Setting
Find the Data Refresh Interval option within the configuration page.
Step 4: Select Your Interval
Pick a refresh rate:
1, 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours.

You’ve successfully set your data refresh intervals. Revlitix will now update your data automatically at the frequency you’ve defined—helping you stay on top of every change without manual effort.
