Integrating Salesforce CRM with Revlitix

Integrating Salesforce CRM with the Revlitix platform can significantly enhance your ability to make strategic decisions. This detailed guide is designed to help users authenticate and smoothly complete the integration process.

Step 1: Begin the Integration Process

Action: In Revlitix, navigate to the Integrations module.

Select: Click on "Salesforce" under the Available Integrations section.


Step 2: Initiate Integration

Launch: Click the 'Get Started' button to initiate the integration with Revlitix.


Step 3: Salesforce Account Credentials

Login Requirement: Provide your Salesforce CRM login credentials.


Step 4: Connecting Data

System Connection: The system will start linking Salesforce CRM data with Revlitix.

Account Selection: If multiple accounts exist, click 'choose account'. For a single account, the system will proceed automatically.

Step 5: Basic Information Details

Input Connection Name: In the Basic Info tab, enter a name for the connection.

Proceed: Click 'Save & Next'.


Step 6: Field Mapping

Mapping Process: Map Contact Fields to Contact Properties as indicated. This process also applies to Deal and Company properties.


Mandatory Fields: Ensure all starred values are filled in during mapping.


Field Search and Mapping: Locate your field names and align them with corresponding fields in Revlitix, using previews for accuracy.


Step 7: Progressing to Funnel Mapping

Completion: After mapping all three areas (Lead, Opportunity, Case), click 'Next' to proceed to Funnel Mapping.


Step 8: Funnel Mapping

Initial View: Default Funnel Mapping will be displayed initially.


Editing Funnels: Click on "Edit" to start funnel mapping for each stage.

  • Add the object you want to populate the funnel for.

  • Choose the date range for data analysis.

  • Select the stage type (Text or Numeric) and define the field and operator.

  • Add conditions for funnel population.


Creating New Funnels: Use the 'Add Stage' button to create custom funnel stages.


Step 9: Saving Funnel Mapping

Finalize: After completing the mapping for the four default funnel stages, click 'Save and Next'.


Step 10: Report Selection Post-Integration

Choose Reports: Review and select or deselect the reports you want to populate after integration.


Step 11: Confirming Integration Rules

Rule Setup: Confirm the rules to be activated post-integration.

Note: No smart rules are available for CRMs; conditional rules can be set up manually.


Step 12: Complete Integration

Finalize Integration: Click 'Next' to complete the integration.

By following these steps, users can effectively integrate Salesforce CRM with Revlitix, leading to improved monitoring of productivity, customer relations, sales, and an increase in ROI.
