Integrating Salesforce CRM with Revlitix
Integrating Salesforce CRM with the Revlitix platform through a single-click OAuth authentication can significantly enhance your ability to make strategic decisions and seamless marketing automation.
This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to authenticate and complete the integration successfully.
Please note: Only users with Salesforce Admin privileges can integrate.
Integration Process During Onboarding
Scenario 1: When you are already logged into the Salesforce account
Step 1: Access the Integrations Module
a. Log in to Revlitix.
b. During onboarding, you will land on the Integrations module.
c. Under Available Integrations, select Salesforce.
Step 2: Initiate Integration
Click the "Get Started" button to initiate the integration process.
Step 3: Allow Access
a. Select 'Allow' to get permission to connect Salesforce with Revlitix.
b. This redirects to the Field Mapping page.
c. Select 'Save' to confirm the integration.
Step 4: Configure the Integrations module
a. Select the Salesforce integration card.
b. Select Data Refresh Intervals – Choose how often the data syncs from Salesforce to Revlitix:
Every 4 hours
Every 8 hours
Every 12 hours
Every 24 hours (Default Setting)
c. Select the created profile, and the Basic info page appears.
d. Give a connection name, select 'Save and Next.'
e. In each object, map the salesforce field with the Revlitix field.
f. Check the 'Set as Default' box.
g. The data type (Date, String, Integer, Double, Float) will be automatically assigned.
h. Select 'Save & Next.' To proceed, Confirm.
Voila! Your Salesforce account is now integrated with Revlitix.
Scenario 2: When you are not logged into your Salesforce
Step 1: Access the Integrations Module
a. Log in to Revlitix.
b. During onboarding, you will land on the Integrations module.
c. Under Available Integrations, select Salesforce.
Step 2: Initiate Integration
Click the "Get Started" button to initiate the integration process.
Step 3: Provide Login Credentials
a. Enter your Salesforce login credentials (Username & Password).
b. Once logged in, you will be redirected to the Revlitix Integration Module.
c. Locate the Salesforce integration card under the Available Integrations section.
d. A prompt will appear requesting permission to connect Salesforce with Revlitix. Select 'Allow'.
Step 4: Configure the Integration
a. Navigate to the Integrations module and select the Salesforce integration card.
b. Select Data Refresh Intervals – Choose how often the data syncs from Salesforce to Revlitix:
Every 4 hours
Every 8 hours
Every 12 hours
Every 24 hours (Default Setting)
c. Select the created profile.
d. Set Connection Name: Assign a name for your integration.
e. Click "Save & Next" to proceed.
Step 5: Field Mapping
Field mapping ensures that Revlitix attributes align with Salesforce fields for accurate data retrieval.
a. Select a Salesforce field for each corresponding Revlitix attribute.
b.The data type (Date, String, Integer, Double, Float) will be automatically assigned.
c. Set Default Fields (Optional): Check this option to ensure fields appear in the Raw Data section by default.
d. Preview field details before finalizing selections.
e. Remove any unnecessary fields by clicking the delete icon.
f. Select "Add Mapping" to include additional fields.
g. Select "Save & Next" to continue.
Step 6: Complete the Integration
a. Select "Save" to finalize the integration.
b. Once completed, Salesforce will appear under the Connected Integrations section in Revlitix.
