Integrating HubSpot CRM with Revlitix enhances your strategic decision-making by providing comprehensive insights into your customer relationships and sales processes.
Follow these steps to set up the integration:
Step 1: Access the Integrations Module
Log in to your Revlitix account.
Navigate to the Integrations module.
Under the Available Integrations section, locate the HubSpot CRM card.
Step 2: Initiate the Integration
Click the Get Started button on the HubSpot CRM card to begin the integration process.
Step 3: Authenticate with HubSpot
You will be redirected to the HubSpot login page.
Enter your HubSpot CRM login credentials to proceed.
Step 4: Connect Your HubSpot Account
Once logged in, the system will begin linking your HubSpot CRM data with Revlitix.
If you have multiple HubSpot accounts, click Choose Account to select the appropriate one. For a single account, the system will proceed automatically.
Step 5: Provide Basic Information
In the Basic Info tab, enter a Connection Name to identify this integration.
Select a Data Refresh Intervals from the choices available for the Data Refresh Intervals, choose one. This setup will refresh the data as the user chooses.
Click Save & Next to proceed.
Step 6: Map Fields
Map the relevant fields between HubSpot and Revlitix:
Align Contact Fields to Contact Properties.
Repeat this process for Deal and Company Properties.
Ensure all mandatory fields (marked with a star) are mapped.
Use the search function to locate specific field names and align them accurately, utilizing previews for verification.
Optionally, check the Set as Default box for fields you wish to appear by default in the Raw Data section.
Step 7: Select Reports
Review the list of available reports that can be populated after integration.
Select or deselect reports based on your preferences.
Click Next to finalize your selections.
Complete Integration: Clicking 'Next' will complete the integration process.
