Setting Up Data Refresh Intervals
Data refresh intervals let you control how often data from your integrations is updated. Follow these steps to set up intervals for both Non-CRM platforms and CRM platforms.
Option 1: Ad Platforms
For integrations like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Company Page, and YouTube Social, use the following steps
Step 1: Go to the Integrations section of your dashboard.
Step 2: Choose the Non-CRM eligible integrations from the list.
Step 3: Select the relevant Account you want to set up.
Step 4: Open the Data Refresh Intervals dropdown menu
Step 5: Choose a refresh interval from options of 1, 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours.
Step 6: Click Save to apply your settings.
Option 2: CRM Platforms
For CRM integrations, follow these steps to set up your preferred data refresh interval:
Step 1: Go to the Integrations section.
Step 2: Select CRM integrations from the options.
Step 3: Choose the relevant Account.
Step 4: Open the Data Refresh Intervals dropdown.
Step 5: Select a refresh interval from options of 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours.

By configuring these intervals, you ensure your data stays updated according to your operational needs.
