How to Set Up Hot Leads

Setting up hot leads effectively can accelerate your sales process by identifying and focusing on high-potential prospects.

Follow these steps to configure hot leads in your Sales Analytics tool.

Step 1: Head to Sales Analytics

Navigate to the 'Sales Analytics' section of your platform.

Step 2: Select an Analysis

Choose the analysis for which you want to add hot leads.

Step 3: Access Hot Leads

Click on the 'Hot Leads' option.

Step 4: Add Hot Leads

Click on 'Add Hot Leads' to begin setting them up.

Step 5: Select the Channel Name

Choose the channel through which the hot leads will be identified.

Step 6: Select Objects

Pick the objects that will populate data related to hot leads.

Step 7: Add Conditions

Define the conditions for each of the selected objects to qualify as hot leads.

You can add multiple 'AND' conditions for each object to refine the criteria further.

Step 9: Create Hot Leads
