How to Set Up a Sales Configuration

Setting up a Sales Configuration in Revlitix allows you to align your sales data with specific users and metrics, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis.

Follow these steps to configure your sales settings effectively.​

Step 1: Navigate to the Sales Configurations

  • Log in to your Revlitix account.

  • Click on the Settings module in the navigation bar.

  • Within Settings, select the Sales Config tab.

Step 2: Preview Section

  • In the Preview section, you'll see a list of users along with their Username, Email, Department, Profile, and Team.

  • Check the boxes next to the names of the users you want to include in the mapping process.

  • Click Next to proceed to the User Mapping section.​

Step 3: User Mapping

  • In this section, map each selected user to the necessary objects and details.

  • Note that a user can be mapped with multiple objects.

  • Once the mapping is complete, the platform will indicate that the mapping is finished. This field is editable.


  • To remove a mapping, click the Reset button.

  • Click Next to proceed to the Metric Selection section.​

Step 4: Metric Selection

The Metric Selection section is divided into two parts: AE Rep Metric and SDR Rep Metric.​

a. AE Rep Metric

  • Map the different fields, such as Channel, Object, and Metrics, to the corresponding Revlitix fields.

  • Ensure that you map the Salesforce field for every mandatory Revlitix field.

  • If the metric is a standard field, select the appropriate date.

  • To change a mapping, click the Refresh icon next to the field.

  • To delete unnecessary fields, use the Delete button.

  • Click the Add Metric button to add new metrics.

  • Click Save and Next to proceed.

b. SDR Rep Metric

  • Similarly, map the Channel, Object, and relevant Metrics to the corresponding Revlitix fields.

  • Click Add Metric to add new metrics to the mapping page.

  • To refresh the values in the metric and object fields, click the Refresh icon.

  • To remove a field, use the Delete button.

  • Click Save to return to the Preview page, which indicates the completion of the mapping process for Sales Config.

By following these steps, you can effectively set up a Sales Configuration in Revlitix, ensuring that your sales data is accurately mapped and ready for analysis.​
