Setting up a Representative Configuration (Rep Config) in Revlitix's Sales Analytics allows you to monitor and analyze specific metrics for individual sales representatives, teams, or the entire workspace.

This guide provides a step-by-step process to create a Rep Config tailored to your analytical needs.

Step 1: Access Sales Analytics

  • Log In: Ensure you are logged into your Revlitix account with the necessary permissions.​

  • Navigate to Sales Analytics: From your dashboard, click on the Sales Analytics option, typically located in the main menu or sidebar.​

Step 2: Initiate a New Analytics Configuration

  • Click on New Analytics: Within the Sales Analytics section, click on New Analytics to start setting up a new configuration.


Step 3: Name Your Configuration

  • Enter Name: In the Name field, provide a descriptive title for your new analytics configuration. This helps in easily identifying and organizing your setups.

Step 4: Select the Analysis Level

  • Choose Level: Determine the scope of your analysis by selecting one of the following levels:​

    • Rep: Focus on individual sales representatives.​

    • Team: Analyze data for specific sales teams.​

    • Workspace: Assess metrics across the entire workspace.

Step 5: Define Metrics and Pin Them

  • Enter Value to Track: Specify the particular values or metrics you wish to monitor.​

  • Add Metrics to be Pinned: Select the metrics that are most crucial and pin them for quick and easy access in your analytics view.

Step 6: Set the Date Range for Pinned Metrics

  • Enter Date Range: Choose the time frame over which you want the pinned metrics to be analyzed. This allows for focused insights within a specific period.

Step 7: Organize into a Folder

  • Add to Folder: Select an existing folder or create a new one to store your analytics configuration. Organizing configurations into folders helps maintain a structured workspace.


Step 8: Save the Configuration

  • Click on Save: After entering all necessary details and organizing your configuration, click Save to finalize and store your setup.
