Setting the organizational timezone in Revlitix ensures that all notifications are delivered at appropriate local times.
This setting can only be configured by platform Admins.
Step 1: Navigate to the Notifications Tab
Log in to your Revlitix account.
Go to the Settings module from the left-hand menu.
Click on the Notifications tab.
Step 2: Select the Organizational Timezone
In the Organizational Timezone field, click to open the dropdown menu.
Choose your preferred timezone for receiving notifications.
Note: If the selected timezone matches the one set in the default notification group, the Change Time option will be inactive.
Step 3: Activate the Change Time Option
If you select a timezone different from the default notification group's timezone, the Change Time button will become active.
Step 4: Confirm the Timezone Change
Click on the Change Time button.
A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm the update to apply the new timezone setting.
Once confirmed, all future notifications will be delivered based on this new timezone.
