Efficient report management in Revlitix includes the ability to delete reports when they are no longer needed. However, it's crucial to understand the different types of report access before proceeding with deletion. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Understanding Report Access Types
a. Organization Access Reports
Visibility: Accessible to all team members.
Edit and Share: Only team members can edit and share these reports.
Deletion: Users cannot delete Organization access reports.
b. Public, Private, and Shared Access Reports
Public Access Reports: Accessible by all users.
Private Access Reports: Only accessible to the creator.
Shared Access Reports: Display the initials of the users it is shared with.
Edit, Share, and Delete: These reports can be edited, shared, and deleted by users with appropriate access.
Steps to Delete a Report
1. Check Report Accessibility
Location: Find this on the Reports listing page.
Requirement: Ensure the report you wish to delete has either Public, Private, or Shared access.
2. Go to the Reports Details Page
Access: Visit the Reports details page to view and manage specific reports.
3. Initiate Deletion
On the Report Details Page, click on the three-dot menu (โฎ) in the top-right corner.
From the dropdown options, click "Delete" to initiate the deletion process.
4. Confirm Deletion
Confirmation Card: A card will appear asking for confirmation.
Final Step: Confirm the deletion to proceed.
