Understanding Report Ownership and Shared Access
Users can quickly determine who created and who has access to each report through the Reports listing page:
Report Ownership
Each report in Revlitix is associated with a creator, indicating ownership.
Identifying the Creator: On the Reports Listing Page, locate the 'Created By' column. Here, you'll see the initials of the user who created the report.
Shared Access
Revlitix allows reports to be shared with multiple users, facilitating collaboration.
Viewing Shared Access: If a report is shared, the initials of the users it is shared with will be displayed under the 'Access' column.
This system helps users quickly understand reports' ownership and sharing status, enhancing collaboration and organization.
