Understanding Report Ownership and Shared Access
Users can quickly determine who created and who has access to each report through the Reports listing page:
Identifying the Creator: In the 'Created By' column, you'll see the user's initials who created the report. This indicates the ownership of each report.
Viewing Shared Access: If a report is shared, the initials of the users it is shared with will be displayed under the 'Access' column.
This system helps users quickly understand reports' ownership and sharing status, enhancing collaboration and organization.
