How to Create Notification Groups

Creating notification groups in Revlitix allows you to organize and manage alerts effectively, ensuring that relevant team members receive timely updates across various platforms.​

Follow these steps to customize your alert notifications effectively.

Step 1: Access Settings

  • Log in to your Revlitix account.​

  • Navigate to the Settings module from the left-hand menu.


Step 2: Locate Notifications

  • Within the Settings module, click on the Notifications tab.


Step 3: Add New Notification Group

  • Click the Add New button to create a new notification group.



You can set up multiple notification groups for different types of alerts. They will be listed in the notifications tab for easy management.

Step 4: Name Your Notification Group

  • Assign a clear and descriptive name to your new notification group for easy identification.​


Step 5: Enable or Disable Notifications

  • Use the toggle button to activate or deactivate the notification group as needed.


Step 6: Set Up Alert Filters

  • Choose the types of alerts you want this group to receive by selecting from the available options.​


Step 7: Schedule Notifications

  • Specify the preferred times and time zone for receiving notifications to avoid disturbances during off-hours.



Step 8: Select Notification Platforms

  • Choose up to four platforms for receiving notifications, including Email, Slack, Google Chat, and MS Teams.​

  • Provide the respective ID or webhook URL for each selected platform.​




In the provided Field, provide the respective ID for each chosen platform. This flexibility ensures you get alerts through your preferred channels.


Step 9: Save Your Settings

  • After configuring all settings, click the Save button to create the notification group.​

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage how your team receives alerts, ensuring that critical information is communicated promptly and effectively.
