Creating notification groups is a crucial feature for users who need to stay informed about critical alerts across different platforms.

This guide will simplify setting up notification groups, ensuring you receive timely updates in a way that suits you best.

Follow these steps to customize your alert notifications effectively.

Step 1: Access Settings

Open your application and navigate to the Settings module. This area allows you to customize various aspects of your account, including notifications.


Step 2: Locate Notifications

Within the Settings module, find and click on the Notifications tab. This section is dedicated to managing how you receive alerts.


Step 3: Add New Notification

Click the 'Add New' button to create a new notification group to create a new notification group.



You can set up multiple notification groups for different types of alerts. They will be listed in the notifications tab for easy management.

Step 4: Name Your Notification

Assign a clear and descriptive name to your new notification. This helps you easily identify it among other notification groups.


Step 5: Enable/Disable Notifications

Use the toggle button to decide whether to activate the notification immediately. You can turn it on or off at any time based on your needs.


Step 6: Set Up Alert Filters

Choose the type of alerts you want to receive in this group from the available options. This filter ensures you only get notified about relevant alerts.


Step 7: Schedule Notifications

Specify the times and the time zone you prefer to receive notifications. This feature helps in avoiding unwanted disturbances during off-hours.



Step 8: Select Platforms

You can select up to four platforms to receive notifications, including Email, Slack, Google Chat, and MS Teams.




In the provided Field, provide the respective ID for each chosen platform. This flexibility ensures you get alerts through your preferred channels.


Step 9: Save Your Settings

Once you've configured all settings, click the 'Save' button. Voila! Your notification group is now set up and will appear in your list of notifications.

By following these straightforward steps, you can efficiently manage how you receive alerts, ensuring you're always informed without being overwhelmed.
