Integrating Outreach: A step-by-step guide

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on integrating the Outreach channel into your workflow using the Integrations module. This process will enable you to execute your sales workflow more effectively by connecting and configuring your Outreach account.

Step 1: Access the Integrations Module

  • Log in to your Revlitix account.​

  • Navigate to the Integrations module.​

Step 2: Connect to Outreach

  • Under Available Integrations, locate the Outreach channel card.​

  • Click the Connect button on the Outreach card.​

Step 3: Add Your Profile

  • Click the Add Profile button to initiate the sign-in process.​

Step 4: Sign in to Outreach

  • Click Get Started to proceed to the Outreach sign-in portal.​

  • Enter your Outreach email address and password, then click Next.​

Step 5: Grant Permission

  • Outreach will request permission to access various metrics. Grant the necessary Read access permissions.

Step 6: Name Your Connection

  • After granting permissions, you'll be redirected back to Revlitix.​

  • Provide a name for this connection.​

  • Click Connect to proceed.

Step 7: Save Required Fields

  • Ensure that mandatory fields such as Account and User are completed and saved.​

  • Click on each field to enter or confirm the information, then save.

Step 8: Configure Fields

  • You'll be directed to the Fields tab displaying Standard Fields.​

  • To create Custom Fields, click the Create Fields button at the top right corner.​

Step 9: Finalize Integration

  • Once all steps are completed, the Outreach integration will appear under Connected Integrations.​

  • You can now utilize the integrated features to enhance your sales processes.
