Integrating Outreach: A step-by-step guide

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on integrating the Outreach channel into your workflow using the Integrations module. This process will enable you to execute your sales workflow more effectively by connecting and configuring your Outreach account.

Step 1: Access the Integrations Module

Navigate to the Integrations module in your system. This is where you can manage all your integrations.

Step 2: Connect to Outreach

Locate the Outreach channel card under 'Available Integrations.' Click this card's 'Connect' button to add your Outreach profile to the channel.

Step 3: Add Your Profile

Click the 'Add Profile' button. This action initiates the sign-in process necessary for integration.

Step 4: Sign in to Outreach

Click on 'Get Started' to proceed to the Outreach sign-in portal. Enter your email address and password, then click 'Next' to continue.

Step 5: Grant Permission

The Outreach portal will request permissions to access various metrics. Please allow 'Read' access as required for the integration.

Step 6: Name Your Connection

After granting permissions, you will be redirected to the Revlitix platform. The system will automatically take the Outreach account details from the portal. You will need to give this connection a name. Click 'Connect' to proceed.

Step 7: Save Required Fields

Ensure that mandatory fields such as 'Account' and 'User' are saved. Click on these fields to enter or confirm the information, then save.

Step 8: Configure Fields

You will automatically land on the 'Fields' tab where the system shows Standard Fields. Here, you can also create Custom Fields if necessary. Click the 'Create Fields' button at the top right corner to do this.

Step 9: Finalize Integration

Once all steps are completed, the integration is finished. You can now view the Outreach integration under Connected Integrations and utilize the features.

Following these steps will ensure a successful integration of the Outreach channel, allowing for streamlined sales processes and better workflow management.
