What is a Scorecard chart?

A Scorecard chart visually represents a channel's key performance indicators (KPIs), allowing users to compare these scores with custom goals or previous periods.

Step-by-Step Guide: Creating a Scorecard Chart

Step 1: Access the Reports Module

Navigate to the Reports module within Revlitix.

Step 2: View or Create a Report

Click on 'View Reports' to access existing reports or create a new one by selecting 'New Report.'

Step 2.1: Edit Report Details

If creating a new report, hit 'New Report.' If adding to an existing report, tap on the report to edit it.

Click 'Edit Report' if you are creating a widget for an existing report.

Step 3: Add Widget

Click 'Add your widget' to insert a new widget into the report.

a. Create Custom Widget: Click 'Create Custom Widget' to make a new one.

b. Select from your templates: Choose from previously saved widgets.

c. Select from the Revlitix templates: Choose from pre-built templates for convenience.

Step 4: Add Widget Name

Give a title for the chart and hit the Save icon.

Step 5: Configure Widget

Choose 'Widget Type' as 'Scorecard Chart' and provide a brief description.

Step 6: Widget Description

Provide a brief description of the chart.

Step 7: Add Category

Click 'Add Category' to segment metrics and scores. Name the category appropriately to see the scores against each category.

Choose the channel from which metrics will be displayed.

Select an Object and corresponding Metric to visualize the respective score for a determined period.

Click 'Date' available in the 'Date Field.'

Step 7.4: Define Date Range and Comparison

Select the desired 'Date Range' and compare scores to 'Custom Goals' or the 'Previous Period.'

If selecting 'Custom Goals,' input the goal value.

Step 7.6: Comparison Options

Choose 'Previous Period' to compare against the preceding time frame.

Step 9: Name Display

Assign a 'Display Name' to serve as the chart header in the Display Text.

Step 10: Save Configuration

Hit 'Save' to retain the settings. Preview the chart image for verification.

Step 11: Save Widget and Report

Tap 'Create Widget' to store it within the report. Then, click the 'Save Report' button in the 'Edit Report' page to save the entire report.
