How to Use the Move Feature in Sales Analytics

The Move feature in Revlitix's Sales Analytics allows users to reorganize their analyses by relocating them between folders. This is particularly useful for maintaining an organized workspace and grouping related analyses together.

Step 1: Access Sales Analytics

  • Log in to your Revlitix account.

  • From your dashboard, navigate to the Sales Analytics section.​

Step 2: Locate the Analysis to Move

  • In the Sales Analytics section, browse through your analyses to find the one you wish to move.

  • Ensure that you are the owner of the analysis, as only owners have the permission to move analyses between folders.

Step 3: Initiate the Move

  • Click on the Options icon (typically represented by three dots) next to the analysis you want to move.

  • From the dropdown menu, select Move.

Step 4: Select the Destination Folder

  • A dialog box will appear, prompting you to choose the destination folder.

  • Browse through your folders and select the appropriate one where you want to relocate the analysis.

  • Click Move to confirm the action.

Important Notes:

  • Ownership Requirement: Only the owner of an analysis can move it between folders. Users with Edit or View access do not have this capability.

  • Folder Movement: Similarly, only owners can move folders. Non-owners cannot move analytics or folders, even if they have edit access.

    By following these steps, you can effectively reorganize your analyses within Revlitix's Sales Analytics, ensuring a structured and efficient workspace.
