Capabilities of the Move Feature
Who Can Use the Move Feature
Owners Only: Only the owner of an analysis can move it from one folder to another. This control helps prevent unauthorized reorganization of data and maintains the integrity of the information structure.
What the Move Feature Does
Reorganize Analyses: The owner can move the analysis across different folders with just a few clicks. This feature is particularly useful for keeping related analyses together or for reorganizing them according to evolving project needs.
Limitations of the Move Feature
Not everyone has the ability to use the Move feature in Sales Analytics:
Restrictions on Non-Owners
Edit/View Access Insufficient: Users with Edit or View access to an analysis cannot move it. They are restricted to making changes within the content (if they have Edit access) or simply viewing it without organizational control.
Also, the non-owners cannot move the analytics or the Folders as the access is unavailable.
